Auditing

Aviation is a highly regulated industry. An experienced aviation auditor evaluates and verifies compliance within the aviation industry, focusing on regulations, safety standards, operational procedures, and industry best practices. During an audit, an assessment of safety protocols, quality management, and regulatory compliance are essential to ensure smooth, compliant and safe operation.

MG Aviation Consultancy can provide the following auditing services:
- Senior and Lead Auditor (EASA compliant) for audits of aircraft and helicopter operators / ground handling agents / CAMO’s / Part 21 design organisations / Borescope / Part 145 maintenance organisations / Manufacturers

- IBAC IS-BAO auditor with FW (Fixed Wing), OP (Operations Management) and SRQ (Special Regulatory Qualification) credentials.
The IS-BAO standard is applied for by operators whishing to gain an endorsement by IBAC to ensure that their operating practices and safety management are running to a standard. Additionally, an operator of OTAR aircraft may wish to use the IS-BAO method as an alternative means of compliance (AMC) to gain OTAR operator approval, MG Aviation Consultancy can audit such operators of Fixed Wing aircraft either individually or as part of an audit team.
- Pre audits / Gap analysis audits, these can be performed before an annual audit by an aviation regulator and are often a good preparation measure.
